At Gauthier Gift Shop, we take pride in the quality of our artisanal food products; if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our items, please ensure all returns are initiated promptly to maintain safety and quality standards.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or report as damaged.

  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unopened food items back into their original gift packaging to ensure they arrive back at our facility in good condition.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
